We are proud to have commemorated 45 years of Healthcare Excellence, signifying Universal Health Services’ longstanding commitment to delivering high-quality care to the patients we are privileged to serve. With our core strategy that includes building or acquiring high-quality facilities in rapidly growing markets and investing in the people, equipment and innovation to enable each facility to thrive, we aim to become a leading healthcare provider in each served community.

Thank you for your expertise, dedication and hard work in contributing to our organization’s mission. In 2024, our 400+ facilities treated over 3.7 million patients. In healthcare, we fulfill a key role in our communities – improving and saving lives.

In this issue of UHS News, you will learn more about some of our achievements and accolades in 2024 and early 2025, as well as about momentum and growth on the immediate horizon. We continue to invest significant capital in new facility construction, expansions, renovations and strategic partnerships, all of which position us for future growth.
